We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the studio suite with the bathroom and a king bed in Vernon Hills. the location was magnificent, right by restaurants and many stores.

The staff and the amount of room

No gym

They had a room available when we needed it.

1. Didn't know that there wouldn't shampoo or soap. 2. Front desk seemed to be always busy when we went to ask about Item #1. 3. At 2:00am, the room above us decided to play soccer. When I called to complain at the front desk, it didn't seem to help. They finally stopped at 3:30am. When we complained at the front desk in the morning, nothing was offered. 4. T.V. is located such that its almost lower then the bed. It's a flat screen - Mount it on the wall!

This hotel provides well-furnished rooms. The staff are very amiable and extremely friendly; they smile all the time. The property has a comfortable location near North Chicago neighborhoods. It is conveniently located near a mini mall, stores, restaurants, and retail shopping. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We asked and verified an early check in at noon. Got to hotel and they said 20 min till our room would be ready. Returned 30 mi. later They said another 20 min and we were already running late so had to change and get ready for a memorial service we were attending in a unclean bathroom at the hotel. 30 min later when we were ready they said our room wasn't ready and didn't know when it would be. This is now over an hour after we were told 20 min. We had to leave and returned for a check in at 11pm. We waited in lobby for 15 min till a staff member finally came and she gave us a room. We went to the room and it was wrong. It only had one bed so back down to lobby to finally get a room with two beds. Beer cans and Kleenex found in room under bed and under tv stand. Will never return to this hotel. We asked for a discount for all the problems and staff laughed at us and said they don't do that.

Staff were really knowledgeable and super friendly! the location here is great, so many stores and a mall nearby. Also, super close to Vernon Hills. 🛍️

Booked a room with two beds...

Our room was amazingly comfortable and nice with 2 windows overlooking creek with surrounding trees and the overall stay for a business trip was such great. Location: the hotel was short walk to many stores and soccer fields and airport and Navy base.

Great kitchen, everything is clean and neat.

Didn't know there is no housekeeping included.

🚗 It was easy to get to different neighborhoods in North Chicago from here. Plus, the airport, restaurants, and shops were all nearby.

The location here is great, very convenient as it's close to stores, restaurants, a shopping mall, and the city.

Everything is brand-new here, had a great stay for a business trip. It has understanding, exceptional staff. The breakfast offers a huge variety of coffee, tea, and muffins. It offers a magnificent, favorable location. You could walk to all stores and stores.

loved the clean and well-equipped kitchen! perfect for my baby's allergies. staff were accommodating and the location was peaceful. the full kitchen in my room was a great convenience. comfortable bed and prompt staff.
